As we approach the beginning of our season there are few things that we need to be aware of: 

All Communications are done through e-mail for cheerleading.  If you have not received any e-mails please contact njrcheering@yahoo.com to ensure that you are on our list. 

Teams are not finalized - on the first day of practice your child can be moved to a different team.

 Any child that placed an order for cheer bags and poms etc... at or after the June cookout will not receive these items at the first practice.  These items will definitely be in by the first game.  REASON: We only get one reorder with free shipping and I would have to tack on additional costs if I made a 3rd shipment.   I am placing the final order the 2nd night of practice to ensure all girls have gotten what they need. 

  Demonstrator placement has not been finalized and won't be until the first day of practice. 

 MOST IMPORTANT ITEM - No child will be allowed to participate until ALL paperwork and payments are in!!! If you owe for a uniform, registration or even a uniform from last year - your child will not be able to participate unless payment is made or payment arrangements are made and partial payment made.  There are too many people that have not paid in the past and I don't want to have to chase people anymore.  You know if you owe money, make arrangements to pay it.   Anyone wanting to go on a payment plan must have full payment by first game or your child will sit, this is more than enough time to get this taken care of.  Please don't make me sit your child - that would be extremely unfair!
